Who we are
Track My Shelf is operated by Neverything LLC DBA Track My Shelf. The service is designed for tabletop and RPG collectors who want to catalog owned copies, publish collections, review products, and manage collection details.
Information we collect
Account and profile data
- Email address, display name, user slug, password hash, and account status.
- Profile details such as bio, profile image, and any optional public-facing information you add.
- Subscription plan, billing state, and plan benefits needed to operate the service.
- Email and notification preferences, including which optional updates and alerts you have chosen to receive.
Collection and content data
- Collections, owned copies, notes, reviews, ratings, feedback, uploaded images, and catalog submissions.
- Visibility choices you make for profiles, collections, and owned items.
- Moderation or support records relating to reports, reviews, feedback, or account actions.
Technical and usage data
- Session and security cookie data needed to keep you signed in and protect the platform.

Public and private content
Some content on Track My Shelf can be made public, including user profiles, collections, reviews, and catalog information. Other content may remain private or limited based on your settings and current subscription benefits. Please do not upload information you do not want stored or displayed according to the visibility choices you make.
Payments and third parties
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Track My Shelf does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms.
- If enabled by us and allowed by you, Google Analytics may be used to measure site usage and Google AdSense or similar providers may be used to serve ads.
- We may include affiliate links or commerce connections to merchants such as Amazon, Noble Knight, and other ecommerce platforms. Clicking those links may send you to third-party sites that set their own cookies or collect information under their own policies.

International transfers and security

Children
